Week 8 - new Pai learning

Oliver is our new Pai expert! He brought in an amazing poster on the SPCA that he made. As a class we were very keen to learn more about what the SPCA does..... We hope they can visit us soon!

Hot Chips

Thanks to all the parents who came to our "Handy hints for home learning seminar". We were all wrapped because we got some hot chips for lunch. Yum!!

Hobbies!

To finish our Pai learning on hobbies Luke's dad came in and flew his remote control plane. We then wrote some acronym poems on them.

Experts for the day

Room 7 were able to recap on some prior learning on Wednesday. We went over and helped Room 5 with their new learning inquiry on volcanoes. First we looked through some books and explained our posters we made with them, then we did some experiments.
